Product Portfolio

Four Lens Families. One Optical Partner.

Lensmind is a machine-vision, endoscope, thermal-imaging and wide-angle optics house: an off-the-shelf catalog you can shortlist today, plus custom programs when the catalog is not the fit. Pick a family, then a product line — the factory is the same.

Most programs lock the sensor first — Sony IMX, OmniVision, eYENix — then hunt for glass that covers it. Pick your format and land on the family built for it.

Products FAQ

Before You Drill into a Family

Which lens family should I start with for a standard inspection camera?
Open Machine Vision first. Inline 2/3″–1.1″ cameras start at FA-CS; embedded board cameras at FA-M12; gauging at telecentric; moving webs at line scan. Endoscope, thermal, and wide-angle are separate families. If two lines could fit, send the sensor part number and we shortlist.
Can you match a lens to my existing machine vision camera?
Yes. Send the camera or sensor part number — Sony IMX, OmniVision, eYENix, or others. We confirm format, image circle, CRA, and mount, then propose catalog glass or a custom design. Match checks are typically answered within one business day.
Do you sell cameras?
No. Lensmind is a lens and optical module manufacturer — cameras are not our product line. Our optics are specified against leading machine vision camera sensors, and we co-design at module level with camera teams.
What is the difference between catalog and custom products?
The OTS catalog is the four families on this page and the product lines under them. Sampling is available on catalog models. Custom starts from a drawing or a physical sample when the catalog cannot cover the prescription.
